Course Record
I'll blog tomorrow with some details, but today's Country Music Half Marathon, my third, was a course record - 2:06:10 - by 25 seconds. The last mile was the hardest mile I've ever run, but I never stopped the whole run. No, not with Dori's and others examples of endurance and courage.
